We still need more Gamers! Come join in the fun! The video game industry is currently booming! This is driving up the need for Video Game Tester jobs, in order to beta test unreleased video games in time for holiday release deadlines set by gaming companies.

Volt Canada is staffing for one of the largest gaming quality assurance operations in the world. Currently we are looking to expand our fast-paced, diverse workforce based in central Montreal. We currently have openings for Game Testers who will test and translate some of the latest cutting edge video games. If you are passionate about playing video games please contact us.

Responsibilities include:

* Execution of test plans and test cases as directed

* Detecting functionality anomalies and describing how they manifest themselves in the game environment

* Detecting video & audio anomalies

* Clear verbal and written communication of issues that are found

* Following other directions provided by Supervisors

These are estimated 6 - 9 month contract positions through Volt Technical Resources a member of the Volt family of companies and a publicly traded, nationally recognized leader in providing staffing and information services. Requirements:
Video Game Tester Requirements - Qualified candidates should be/have:

* Passionate about playing video games

* Strong aptitude for testing and troubleshooting

* PC/Tech savvy

* Strong written and verbal communication

* Positive attitude and team player

* Strong work ethic and dedication

* Legally eligible to work for any employer in Canada

* Living in the greater Montreal Metro Area

* 18 years of age or older

* Willing to play video games for at least 8 hours a day and get PAID for it!

* Bonus Skills: Fluency in French, Spanish, German, Italian, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Russian, Chinese, Japanese or Korean
